Roamed around Hotel Indigo with Rochelle Safford. It was a warm night in Phoenix, Arizona. You might be able to tell by Rochelle's turtleneck. Love sweat. We encountered several guests including the gentleman you see here in a couple of photos. Rochelle's friendly and garrulous nature lured the stranger in. I think he also may have had some liquid courage. The jovial guest did not linger, which was very cool of him. Rochelle wears eighteen really well.
