Candace Whitely feels that life is too short not to party it up as much as you can. Her facebook profile is filled with pictures of travel, drinking, and general mischief. Unfortunately, sometimes these things take their toll. Candace has her license currently suspended due to a run in with the law. It is quite funny to think of this sweet girl as a "criminal".
