Alice Wonder loves nature, loves animals, loves sunshine, loves warm weather. However, when I took her out on this little hike, the weather was a bit warmer than we expected. She forgot to bring socks along so she stole mine to avoid blisters. Even still, she claims to have enjoyed exploring this unique area in the Pacific Palisades. Supposedly, this was the location of an old Nazi commune that had been left to ruin. Now all that remains are some shelled out buildings perfect for graffiti, drugs, and bum sex. There's also a couple of 500-step staircases that lead to the base of the canyon. Even though she was covered in sweat most of the time, Alice's diligent work ethic and adorable looks made for some fun photos and good times.
