I don't think I've ever been in Corpus Christi when there weren't strong gusts of wind coming off the Gulf. In the summer, it feels like a hot air drier all over your body. The sand is fine like powdered sugar. You can drive your car right into the waves if you so choose. It's perfect. Ellie Nova braved the elements with me. She's cool.
