I was one of those raging against W in the earty 2000s. I voted for Obama back in the day, even donated money to his campaign. I thought the Orange Man would be the end of us in 2016. I was terrified. In 2024, I finally said 'fuck it'. Maybe this guy had a come-to-Jesus moment after being shot at and is trying to do some good for the country. I am sure many of you still seethe at the sight of him. But what would it take to finally change YOUR mind? Would wars have to end on his watch? Would healthcare costs have to come down? Would Americans have to become healthier, more productive, self-reliant and live in better conditions? Is there anything? Or is he simply a pompass jerk that will you never be able to stomach?
