I like when people aren't ashamed to show imperfection. I like that Katie Darling let me record her perform a partially learned song on her keyboard. It was subtle but it told me a lot about her. She must truly appreciate the learning process. She must understand that it isn't only the finish line that is important, it's also fact that you're running.
