We don't have water problems. We have salt problems. Nora Sibiel is a bronzed beauty from Romania. She travels around the globe learning different cultures and languages, all whilst maintaining a sick tan. That leads me to a beauty tip for the ladies, and I guess for the fellas too, always resist sporting a spray or chemical tan. It never fools anyone but yourself.
