I awoke with fire in my belly from the discarded pizza slices someone handed me the night before. Fuckin' jalapeños. But after a hot exit, the day was shaping up to be just dandy. The morning light reflected on the sand making everything seem crisp and clean again. As I walked back to Venice, I spotted some pretty thing flashing her mangoes at a photographer. I greeted them and they told me what the photos were for, an internet thing called Zushi or somethin. As for the girl, I think her name was Nalani Dacus. Put a smile on my Saturday is what she did.
